Shortly after the release of the Nitro Productivity Suite 2019 edition, we began receiving reports from online customers that Nitro Pro 13.2.2.25 was crashing when opening certain files.
After a thorough investigation of the issue, we’ve released a fix in an updated version (Nitro Pro 13.2.3.26) that’s now available for download on our website. Whether or not you’ve experienced a crash, we recommend that you update your software to this latest version to prevent further problems.
