    Can't Sign Document as Owner

    I created a lease agreement for signing and my two tenants were able to sign it without issues, although the one's initials are in the middle of the page rather than where I placed them. The main issue is that I can't sign it. I created signature, date, and initial boxes for myself but now it says the whole document is signed and "This document is part of a signing workflow and can not be edited". Is there a way I can sign my own document or edit is so I can sign it? I know I can download it and do it locally but I would really like to have the document digitally signed with an audit trail in one place. I'm assuming there has to be a way for me to sign my own document.

    Computer Stolen - Cannot Deactivate and Reactivate

    Hello @Iain Thomson, Thank you for the private message. Please be informed that 'The serial number entered does not exist' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 12. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps: 1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features then reboot the machine. 2. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package. 3. Download your Nitro Pro 12 using these offline link/s: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/64/000003790 4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.

    Problems with activation following Windows 10 update

    Good Afternoon Allain, I have tried unsuccessfully to apply all the fixes you have recommended. Complete clear all files, new clean install and it still runs the same script file....... No joy unfortunately. I still get the registration script running in the background. Any further suggestion? The program Nitro Pro runs fine and its a great programme, just a pain in the bum that I have this pop up all the time..... Regards Martyn PS. The post dosent allow me to attach screen shots with whats happening, only historic images, which isn't really any good.....

    Not sure I can give you all that information since it is work information.

    What I did find out is that it will work if I print/pdf to desktop it does not work when I try and save to shared drives.

      -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?
      -The serial number of your Nitro Pro.
      -Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end.

    Change the Image in Nitro Cloud Signature

    I set up my signature on NitroCloud successfully with a scanned copy of my signature that I had available at the time. The quality of the scan is not great, and I want to replace the image. There is nowhere that I can access that image, or create a new signature from the account interface on NitroCloud. Clients have objected to the very rough and ready look of my signature.......! Please assist!

    New computer, deactivated account, not activating

    Hi Allain, I was able to find a previous post with the link for 64 bit version 12. You may want to set up a system where it asks you which version, bit and provide links with advice to remove previous versions and exe from downloads. I notice many people with same issues.

  23. New 64bit computer. Deactivated license. downloaded trial version, did not work. I had put trial version 13 instead of 12. I chatted with service, they sent me a link for 12. Version 12 did not work, found someone with similar issue on forums, related to exe files in Downloads. Erased all files, downloaded version 12. Entered serial, did not work. Why did I pay so much money for this software when I see hundreds of problems with the activation on a new computer? 3 hours already, extremely frustrated. Now I cannot find download link for 12 (it didnt work last time anyways)

    No Creation after printing

  28. When I go to Erase > Mark for Redaction and mark all the places/text I want to redact - Is there a one-step/one-click way to then redact ALL the marked instances? Currently I have to go one-by-one, right-click on each and choose Apply Redaction, then another warning pop-up window shows up confirming the redaction. This is VERY time-consuming and ineffective way to apply the redaction. I was hoping there would be an option for Redact All and WITHOUT the pop-up confirmation window.
