    Hello @brianwood23, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! For me to better assist you on troubleshooting this issue, could you please provide me with the following?: 1. What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.46.0.937) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. 2. Are the PDF files being access directly on your local drive? Are these PDF files stored locally on your machine and not being accessed from a network/shared drive? 3. Can you successfully open the PDF document using a web browser (example: Chrome, Edge)? To do this, right-click the PDF file then select Open with. From there, select your web browser then see if it will open the file. 4. Sample copy of the PDF file so I could test it on my end, preferably the files that has X on it.     Vijaya, my situation is a bit different. Glad Leslie was able to help you. Nitro Support told me to seek support from the vendor. I did and they (the vendor) resolved my issue.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program and the first digits of the serial number. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.     Nitro Pro 12 Install

However, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Lastly, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12?     Nitro Pro licensing - what a time wasting nonsense!

    Hello @Kevin Grant We have recently upgraded our activation servers to address several of the activation issues experienced in the older ones. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 update so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. The serial number you purchased is at 0 out of 2, which means out of the 2 available licenses, 0 has been used. So you can use this serial number for up to 2 activations. I hope that clarifies.     Nitro Pro 13 Constantly Crashing

    Hello @Adam Santos Our latest build for version 13 is 13.49.2.993. Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system. https://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13492993/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.   20. Hello @AFP Procurement, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and for the private message. Did the owner use the 'Sign' tool under Protect Tab? If yes, converting it to a different file-type should not allow the signature to be converted into an image. I tested this with 13.49 and the resulting document does not have the signature in it. To further troubleshoot this, kindly update to Nitro PDF Pro 13.49 using the installer from our page https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads and try again.     Nitro Pro 13 Constantly Crashing

    Hi Leslie, Thank you for the response. I am using Nitro 13.38.1.739, which I believe is the most recent version. The issue occurs every time I try to save a PDF document after I type text and/or insert my signature. The bug does not appear to be discriminatory, as it seems to happen to every PDF file regardless of whether its origins trace to a different format (ie Word doc, Excel file, etc). This morning for example I opened a single page PDF document that was emailed to me. All I did was add a date to the doc and then tried to save, and it froze on me (I got a Nitro Pro is not responding message, with options to restart, close, or wait for the program to respond). I then had to restart. After I restarted, I tried it again and made a couple of additional edits, and same thing. Each time it froze/wouldn't respond when I tried to save the document. I would be happy to provide screenshots, but there is no way to attach a photo to this message from what I can see. Thanks in advance, Adam
