    • It seems like Acrobat Pro will support batch processing of optimizing a number of .pdf documents, but haven't found a similar option in Nitro Pro 11.   Am I missing something?

    You're not missing something- there's no way currently to optimize a batch of files at once currently.

I have no problem with any of our account managers, they are very nice people however, sometimes surprises come up and I sometimes need to add a seat on the fly. It would be very cool if we could do this. If not that, then let us add a percentage of seats over what we originally paid for, then send us an invoice for the extras that were added.
