	I was notified by Dashlane that GoNitro was breached last year and my data and password might be compromised. I tried to logon and was unable to get past the email. My original logon, created many years ago prior to Nitro Pro 7 was via ID, not email. My email was part of the profile as I have gotten many email from Nitro over the years. So I used my email instead of the ID, but got the error that had had an invalid email/password problem, I tried to reset my password, but the password reset email did not get sent to my email account.

	I wanted to ask Nitro for help, but there is no direct customer support for common users like me.
</p>

<p>
	So I am on the forum, and I hope someone can help me get my GoNitro account reactivated so I can create a new password.
</p>

<p>
	But since I am unable to logon, I should be safe as the info stolen will not allow anyone to logon to my account.
</p>

<p>
	I have a suggestion, temporarily allow all GoNitro customers to access VIP support to get their GoNitro accounts protected.

	This is a rather odd one but I am hoping something might be able to help or suggest a work around.
</p>

	One of my users is looking to confirm the total number of stamps on a PDF, he is using stamps to mark up areas on PDF drawings and wanted to see if you could do a count up. I looked at exported them but i cant see this is an option?
</p>

	I am guessing there is lots a stamps and not just 5 or so on a document ;)

When my year anniversary is up next year, can I continue to renew the Product Update for circa £25/£30 for each license to get the latest version and do the same each year going forward? 	I just noticed that pdf-attachments aren't indexed by the program while this works well with Windows Search. When investigating I noticed that they recommend Adobes free ifilter for indexing (<a href="https://help.mailstore.com/en/server/index.php?title=Search_Indexes" rel="external nofollow">https://help.mailstore.com/en/server/index.php?title=Search_Indexes</a>).
</p>

<p>
	When investigating why Nitros ifilter isn't sufficient they only told me that it may not include all APIs defined in the pdf-ifilter-standarization. So question is in which way Nitros ifilter implementation is different from Adobes?
</p>

<p>
	May you have a look into this cause it's really dumb to have to install an Adobe product when I got Nitro <span>:-)</span>

	I need to somehow gets these forms onto a legal size page because I need to added room it gives. It doesn't matter if I use a pdf,word doc, etc to do it.

	I checked to see if you offer and page layout size for a Legal size 8 x 14 and I do not see one. If you had it then I could just convert it from the 8 x 11 to the Legal size 8 x 14 and save it.

Anti-virus detects IDP.ALEXA.51 in that update program, terminates the program, then moves the program to Avast's Virus Chest.

	Is the detection accurate?  I'd like to update Nitro Pro 11 to fix the performance issues created with the Windows 10 Creator's Update.

That purchase was supposed to include the next “upgrade” which never materialized – or at least we were never notified of its availability. I did not pay much attention because Nitro Pro was operating satisfactorily … until about four weeks ago when I started having trouble – all of the sudden – with the Highlighter , Whiteout, and even the Type Text functions. You cannot choose the portions of the document you need or where the Type Text starts.  …

	Hi, I bought nitro pro 12 a couple of years ago from Cleverbridge. After  an MS update   a few months ago it went crazy and I have uninstalled. Need to re-install and I have all the numbers , but  the system won't because it thinks I have already downloaded it onto 2 other devices, which is not correct. I have downloaded it twice, - the first time when I bought it and another time probably after another MS update.  I can't afford to buy another one, and I feel very frustrated at MS for messing up my software.  I have only used it on this laptop, so I don't understand why the computer thinks I have changed devices either?
