Nitro Cloud would be perfect for my business except I cannot see an option anywhere for a checkbox when sending a document to be esigned. I do not mean the checkboxes on the pdf, they are already there. I mean checkboxes that can be checked by the recipient themselves while esigning.

It would be awesome if I could have a "signature request" template created that has standard message content, so that I don't have to copy and paste the same content into the email message body. This template could then be added onto any document that I want to send.

The default is always to general for me to send to my clients.

To further this request, I would also love to be able to have a template that I can tweak if I want to further personalize it.

AND, the ability to choose the number of signors.

I'm trying to add the esign in multiple pages in the same pdf. Do I need to add the signature option per page or is there anyway to add it at once and it gets added it to every page?

I would love to see the options of uploading a form that has been created with fillable forms in Nitro Pro into the cloud. The form options in Pro have more options as far as font size, multiple lines, etc. It is frustrating that they don't match up and I have to create new fillable forms on the cloud documents. It makes cloud feel very limited.

When creating a required signature field in a document currently you cannot specify the Date time format that you would like it defaults to: YYYY-MMM-DD hh:mm

BUT when a document gets signed at 14.26 (2.26 pm) the output is 2020-Jan-23 02:26 This is clearly incorrect and should show 14:26.

If these documents are to be used in any legal process the EXACT time of signing is critical.

Please can this be updated to show the correct time as a matter of urgency

	HI there,

Is there a possibility for an option to include the audit trail as part of the completed document? Either as part of the document itself or an attachment with the completed document? Details that the signer actually received and signed the document, rather than their signature merely appearing on the completed document.

It would be useful to have signature prioritization vs. signature order.

If I have 10 people, 1 might need to sign first, then 2 additional signatures from subordinates, then everyone else - but I will never, ever need 10 people to sign in a specific order, one at a time, with each dependent on the previous signature. That's a recipe for a roadblock if someone is on vacation.

Nitro Cloud needs a way to organize users into groups for routing & permissions. This seems like an obvious way to get around the extremely limited options for signature order.

As it stands now I exceed the preset limit for the size of pdfs I want to convert. But I only want to do a small page range of that doucument.

My current solution is to go to another website like PDF2Go to split my document, then provide you with the split document.

It Would be much easier if I could just enter a page range that I want to convert and you enforce the limit on the amount of pages to convert instead of on the size of the whole document.

I am new to this cloud signature items. But I got my security admin in the nitro cloud to be able to send out security type training that requires signatures from everyone, about 300 people. In nitro cloud you would have to enter each name and email one by one and include the fields for name and signature one by one. It would be nice if this could be sent to a email group generically with 300 people on it which would receive the link and they could click on it, get to the form, sign it then save and leave. then all 300 could do it separately and the site could record all 300 signatures separately.

	Would this be possible?

One big frustration is that nitro doesn't allow to store mobile numbers for the two factor authentication, so number has to always be entered manually, this is especially frustrating when having documents that require a large number of signatories. An address book function that stores mobile numbers and email addresses would be really useful.

It would be useful if it was possible to redirect the signature request to someone else (or change the mobile phone number, e.g. when it transpires there's been a typo), once a request has been sent instead of cancelling the document and reissuing, as need for change on one signatory may only become apparent after one or more of the other signatories already have signed. (Especially in cases where signing order had been set).

I'm aware that the recipient of the signature request can redirect, but this doesn't help in cases where there is either a typo in the email or phone number or where the recipient is on leave or otherwise not in the position to log in and redirect it themselves.

This is pretty standard among companies that provide a web app - my company and most all tools I use included. It's super annoying to search "Nitro Cloud" in google, click the first search result (taking me to the marketing website) and not have the ability to log into the app from there. Your log in button should be right at the top right of the webpage for your online users - look at zendesk, amazon, google, salesforce, etcetera..

Right now the marketing website is a dead end for users...bear with me here, but this is the best metaphor I can think of: it would be like me walking in the front entrance of a gym I am a member of, only to be told to sit down in the waiting room to look at all the pretty workout booklets the gym carries. I came here to work out, so let me in to use the machines taht you are advertising to me...don't tell me I need to enter the gym via some unlisted side entrance in order to use those machines I pay a monthly membership to access. The place where this metaphor breaks down is in the "telling" part - no one is telling me on your website that as a member I have to use a different entrance...I had to find that out for myself after a frustrating 15 minutes of saying "how the heck does this work?"
