	Hi

<p>
	I am hoping someone can help me, I have tried everything that I can and I still keep receiving the following errors:  
</p>

<p>
	1)  Nitro Pro Add-In  An error occurred. Access to the path Ç:\Users\sue\Appdata\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\13\Plugions\NitroExcelAddin.ini'is denied
</p>

<p>
	2) Word cannot open the existing file. (Normal.dotm)
</p>

<p>
	3) Microsoft Word  Access denied. Contact your administrator.
</p>

<p>
	4) Microsoft Word could not create the work file. Check the temp environment variable.
</p>

<p>
	The errors have only occurred after Nitro Pro was added.
</p>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:9pt;">New install on a new PC .</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:9pt;">Nitro Pro 13 x64 was installed after all the following was installed and updated.<br />
	- Windows 10 x64 (20H2)</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:9pt;">- Office 2106 x32</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:9pt;">- Nitro Pro 13 x64</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:9pt;">- Chrome (latest)</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:9pt;">- Domain connected PCs</span>
</p>

	<span style="font-size:9pt;">- Redirected folders: Profile &amp; My Documents</span>
</p>

	Hello,

<p>
	Recently re-added the licence on my software as it had gone back to a trial status and it was then working fine.
</p>

<p>
	However this week it has started to prompt an error message that states:<span>       </span>"An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if the error persists. (Error 401).
</p>

<p>
	The version of the software is: 12.16.0.574
</p>

<p>
	The device is running Windows 10 64bit and the NitroPro is licenced. It happens on every file that's opened.
</p>

<p>
	I've seen comments regarding running the .msi installer but wanted to confirm what I should do in this situation.
</p>

<p>
	important note that when you click OK, it does open the file and after a few seconds works as normal.
</p>

	When I click on the OCR tool the Nitro Pro program crashes.<br /><br />
	The workflow leading to is as follows:<br />
	1. I open a scanned PDF file<br />
	2. The OCR notification shows at the top right-hand corner<br />
	3. I click on it in order to use it, the Nitro Pro crashes.<br /><br />
	I need to use the OCR tool to edit the file/document.<br />
	I need to select text in the scan..<br />
	When I click on 'Select Text' it selects the whole document, however, I need just a specific part.<br /><br />
	1. Is there a way to select text in a scan without first running the OCR tool?<br />
	2. How do I fix the crash problem<br />
	3. I need to sometimes use the OCR tool, so how do I make it running properly?<br /><br />

	I'm having a problem with my Nitro Pro. When I click on the icon on the start menu (windows 10) it doesn't start but it just appears the icon on the taskbar. Same thing happen when I try to open a pdf file..it doesn't open but it just appears the icon on the taskbar and nothing more happen. So i cannot use the software...do you have any idea how I can fix it?

	I have a user with Windows 10 Pro.

	We've done a fresh install of Nitro Pro 12 from the website, when we open Nitro Pro 12 - it shows the slpash screen, then brings up "sorry it crashed, send a report" window. No amount of rebooting, uninstalling/re-installing helps.
</p>

	Printing some PDF files with Nitro is very slow. Printing sometimes takes 30 seconds to start, and we are stuck on the loading window.<br />
	There is no such problem with other PDF software for these same files.

	Hello everybody,

	one of our customers got this issue sometimes with different users.
</p>

	So when a user in outlook goes over Start -&gt; Print -&gt; chooses Nitro-PDF Pro -&gt; Outlook and the Nitro PDF pop up is freezing. Other ones do the same, and the Save as Windows appears in the background. So does anyone have the same issue or got some points to fix that?

	Windows 10 Pro.  Nitro Pro 13.31.0.605.  Repaired Nitro.  No Windows updates since 08 December 2020.  All local drive; no cloud.

	5 pdfs that were able to be opened just fine now show black screen, sometimes just a few characters on the perimeter, and all five were able to be opened without issue 3 days ago.  When trying to close Nitro Pro, after waiting for file(s) to be opened, get message in middle saying to close program or let program try to load.   Person to whom I sent one of the pdfs on email yesterday using Outlook via Gmail was able to open it and see everything (don't know what program they are using to open pdfs).  I went into Sent folder, found email, and tried to open the file by clicking on it and was unable to open it - same issue.  All 5 files are based off of oldest one with updates to more recent ones.  But even older versions of same pdf can be opened no problem.  Same problem whether I try to view these 5 files from File Explorer or whether I open Nitro Pro and try to open from within Nitro by browsing to these 5 files in Documents.  Tried copying same pdfs from backup drive to another local drive file folder, same problem.

	About 30-45 days ago Ii started to get this error. "An Error has occurred within our system.  Please try again or contact support if the error persists ( Error 401)"  The error occurs each time I launch Nitro Pro.  There is no way to contact support except through this forum.

	One of our users is experiencing an error when attempting to save documents through sharepoint. It shows an Eastern language we believe to be Japanese, then asking if we want to try again. We cannot close the document, as it simply reopens after we close nitro. We are unable to save this file, close the file, or do anything with this file without this or a similar issue arising. I am unable to open a ticket with this due to the new requirement of an extra paid account to do so. Please respond. This is very critical to our organization.

	I recently purchased Nitro Pro 13 and for one day it was working great. Starting day 2 I cannot do any edits to a new or existing file. Edit = add form fields, highlight text, type new text, etc. etc.  Attempting to do any edit causes Nitro to just plain quit. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no change.
