	Hello all. Been a long time Nitro 12 user for many years. Over the last number of months I keep getting error 401 every time I started it up. I went online to the FAQ part of the help line and saw that someone suggested that it would all be fixed if only I upgraded to Nitro 13. So I downloaded that file and now am faced with paying for the newer version which supposedly will fix that issue - whatever it was? Furthermore It appears that i cannot access my earlier versions of Nitro now although I have not deleted the 13 files yet. Has anyone else had this issue with the 401 error? If so, how did you fix it so that 12 kept running without any more errors? Thanks, Donald

	Have a Acrobat created form where the check box font is "Acrobat PI" and when it is modified in Nitro it is changed to Helvetica and can't be altered afterwards. The font box is grayed out. Even when creating a new check box, the font box is grayed out with Helvetica set as the default. How can this be corrected? I need to keep the same form's original font or something very close to it. The cross marks are worlds apart. Thanks

	Hi.

	When I take snapshots and then try to past them into the same PDF file again i get faults in this sometimes.  For example I take a snapshot of a line and paste it into the same page and move it to where I want. This works perfectly.  Then if I take another snapshot of a different item and press CTRL+V to paste it the original line which i had copied a few minutes earlier is pasted again.  No matter what i do to paste the second object that I took a snapshot of it will not appear, only the first item will appear.  I tried saving the file and then saving closing and opening the file but still doesnt work.  The only way I can get the program to paste the second item is to close out of Nitro completely and then open it again and then snapshot the second item again and then CTRL+V will paste it because it is then the first item on the list.  But then if i proceed to copy other items via snapshot they again will not paste correctly.  Any suggestions.

	I have Nitro Pro 13.9.

	I have a Nitro creator generated pdf doc printed from MYOB. I would like to edit some text on the document - specific characters in the text. I can click on the edit button in Nitro but I get light blue boxes with no ability to select or edit the text within these boxes. The blue boxes segment the entire document. I believe they are images and creator has segmented the document into a set of images, which doesn't allow me to get to the text or individual characters in the text.  Double clicking on them makes no difference. The blue boxes only appear after clicking edit. Otherwise the document looks clean.
</p>

<p>
	I can pdf a Word doc for instance and can edit individual characters. But not if pdf printed from MYOB.  There doesn't appear to be any settings I can adjust in MYOB. Looking at the conversion custom options in creator it allows me to see images only, and nothing about embedding fonts etc
</p>

	Anyone have ideas on how to get past this?

	I'm creating a document that has 38 different text fields.  I copied and pasted the first set of the same size (19 in a column) and changed the name of each text box so when the first one is filled it wouldn't fill them all with the same info.  After doing this and saving it changes almost all of the boxes to check boxes.  Its super random that I change the name and when I close the Properties dialog it changes the box format from text to check.
</p>

<p>
	The problem started when I wanted all of the boxes in a column to be the same size so I used copy and paste instead of creating each one individually.  This idea has been a big failure and waste of time and I'd be done if I'd just done them one at a time.
</p>

<p>
	We need a way to convert a check box to a text field or the other way around. Also we need a way to save a box type (style, format, text/check/combo, and size) that can set and added as a default.
</p>

<p>

	I have created 2 custom stamps in NitroPro 12. I was able to insert these stamps for the entirety of the 1st day that I created them. I shut down my computer for the day and off I went.  The next day i opened up NitroPro 12 and went to add my custom stamp to a document. My custom stamps were saved, with the exception of the image used to create the stamp. I had to browse my computer, upload the image to the custom stamp and was able to use it again...just for that day. Again I opened NitroPro 12 the next day and yet again, my custom stamps were saved, with the exception of the image used to create the stamp. If I close NitroPro 12 and reopen it, the custom stamp image is still there.

	Hi, I noticed a problem with my bookmarks when I extract bookmarked pages. Maybe it's just me, but here is an example. Let's say you have one document with four pages and they are bookmarked a,b,c,d. Now I extract pages <strong>a</strong> and <strong>d</strong> to create a new document. What happens is that ALL bookmarks are included in the new document and are in the same order. Also, instead of bookmark labeled <strong>d </strong>being active, now bookmark labeled <strong>b</strong> is opening page <strong>d</strong>.
</p>

<p>
	This means, whatever my bookmark name for page d was, after the extraction, page d is labeled different now.
</p>

<p>
	I am working with hundreds of pages of medical records and need to combine and extract all the time to create new documents for presentation. Sometimes containing over one thousand pages with a hundred bookmarks. How can I avoid this issue?

	Hello everyone, really enjoying Nitro PDF. I've got my workflow mostly refined, which primarily consists of reviewing PDF files, and am wondering if anyone has an answer to the following point:

	Is there is keyboard shortcut to exit from adding a note / comment? I've tried the usuals such as [esc] key but to no avail. As of now, the only way I see is to navigate my mouse to the upper right corner of the note box, to close it. Other than this one, I have been able to find keyboard shortcuts for most every key function.
