    First ever download of Nitro shows as "trial expired"

To further assist you, kindly uninstall your current Nitro Pro through Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features and reboot your machine. Then clear all your Downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder, and you may pick up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package. Download and install Nitro PDF Pro 14 using this installer: https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_14.22.1.0/en/retail/nitro_pro14_ba_x64.msi Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.

  14. Allain, You'll be pleased to hear that I've solved this problem. I went into the registry manually and deleted some references to Nitro. I've now succesfully installed and activated Version 13 and I'm good to go.... Thanks for your help.

    Dear @Allain Umailin, Thanks for your kind reply. I understand that the support for Nitro Pro 8 is no longer available. I mentioned the same also in my previous message. As far as upgrading to Nitro Pro 12 is concerned, it is the same as upgrading to Nitro Pro 14. I don't feel any difference. If I can upgrade to Nitro Pro 12, I can upgrade to Nitro Pro 14. Rather, I would prefer to upgrade to the latest version as & when possible. However, I'm unable to upgrade due to certain unavoidable personal reasons. Therefore, I'm seeking the installer file for Nitro Pro 8 if it's available in your archives.
