  2. Hi Leslie, I'm using Nitro Pro 11.0.3.173 which I'm sure is the most up to date version. I've just gone into preferences, where "the irritated computer user thing"......... I stumbled on Units and Grid, which I've never made adjustments. The height between lines and width were set to 25.4, with my Unit of measure as mm. I changed this to 1, and 1mm for precision, so its seems to be fine now. Thanks for your attempt to help me, where this may be a simple solution for anyone else who encounters this problem.     Missing "Push Button" option on the Ribbon under Forms

    If you're talking about form controls that were hidden, you can see all of them when you click on the "Select Fields" button on the Forms tab. If you want to make a button that when clicked causes a previously visible form field to be invisible, you can do this. You'll want to make a button, and under Actions, choose "Show/Hide Fields". Then select the fields that should be hidden when you click the button. I'm not quite sure what you mean by hidden information- if you give me an example, I can tell you how to see it or unhide it. Thanks!

    Activation Error on new Pc

    Hello @Ricardoza, Thank you for providing your Nitro Pro serial number. I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!

    White Out Tool

    Is there a way to stop the page scroll while using the white out tool? I will be using the white out tool to block out dark areas around the page edges and it will change to the next page or many pages over automatically. Thanks
  10. Trying to create or use the show/hide function, however there is no Push Button on the ribbon under forms. Also, if you already have a PDF that has hidden information that you open with Nitro, is there a way to un-hide the information to see them? Nitro Pro Version 11.0.3.134

    Stamps Auto-Rotating in Nitro Pro 12

    I'm also having the same problem. I'm running Nitro Pro 12.6.1.298. It is only for one user and only on certain documents. Other users can use the same stamp on the same document and it works fine. The user can also use that same stamp on a different document and it works fine. All of the preferences and settings appear to be the same throughout. If the user places the stamp on a landscape page, the stamp works properly.

    Exporting the text of line measurement

    Thank you, I have version 12 also. Then the improvement will be: Migrate to .txt as well (for the easy use) and in Preferences being able to select the default type and the default folder (one folder for all types).
  14. The fact is that I had realized that and I had tried it also but it didn't help. I tried it now again, after AlainU's input but again with no change. However, I reconnected my external monitor and then Nitro Pro came back to where it should be, on my laptop screen. I am happy again. Thank you for your input.

  16. When I try to use Snapshot, or try and insert a text box, and for that matter erase, the selection is based on blacks, whereas previously I was able to scale the size myself. This is making it extremely difficult to moddify PDF................ What has gone wrong in a setting or the Software? I will be extremely grateful for your help......anyone? Cheers Stan

    Stamps Auto-Rotating in Nitro Pro 12

    I'm having same/similar problem with a custom stamp rotating the text 90 degrees within the stamp shape. This came up on a landscape page that is 17" x 11". I'm running Nitro Pro 12.10.1.487 Thanks!

    I am getting "-23: error - License number already used". When I check the license portal I see I should have 2 activations but only 1 in use. Please Help Number of Activations 1 Number of Activations Allowed 2

    Exporting the text of line measurement

    You can do it currently, but the results are more geared towards importing the comments back into a file. In my copy of Nitro 12, there's a Migrate button in the Comments section. Click that, and then in the screen that pops up, choose XFDF from the "Save as Type" box (the default is FDF). This is the same file format you'd get if you exported form data from a PDF with form fields. You can re-import these comments using that file. The file itself does have the text in there, but you'll have to process out the markup. I hope that helps a little. Good luck!
  24. Hello @Spyros, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! This is a common scenario when multiple monitors are being used. When Nitro Pro is opened on a monitor that is later disconnected, it won't default to a current "active" display which causes Nitro Pro to display on the missing monitor. Kindly try these steps: 1) Focus on Nitro Pro by clicking on it on the Taskbar. 2) Press the Windows key + Left/Right arrow until Nitro Pro appears. Thanks for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
  25. I converted a PDF to Word, but Nitro downgraded the quality of colors even the font. What used to be bold has become thin, but the fonts are the same family. Is there a way to make the converted MS Word more clearer with better colors? I'm using Nitro Pro 12 and MS Word 2013
