I am a paid Pro user, and have emailed several times ( over 3 weeks) for service and Zero response ... Anybody know why they have no service standards ? I have a paid subscription and it makes me log in all the time and now says my trial expired, pathetic service.
Also crashes every time I try and combine files in windows 10, has never worked, so I send the files to someone with acrobat to do it... super unimpressed as they have NEVER responded to that query .
Any ideas would be good !
