    Whether I am typing text into a PDF or zooming or scrolling or whatever, the program pauses / hangs about every 5 minutes or less, the page I'm viewing will go slightly blurry and displays the little blue spinning circle in the center of the page while it is having its brain-fart which lasts for about 10 seconds before I can resume working. This isn't anything new.. It has been happening ever since I purchased the pro version. I'm using Windows 10. Any suggestions????

    Nitro sometimes freezes when I'm scrolling through a pdf. Is this a hardware issue? If I work with large pdf docs, what hardware requirements would eliminate this issue? Thank you.

    I am a paid Pro user, and have emailed several times ( over 3 weeks) for service and Zero response ... Anybody know why they have no service standards ? I have a paid subscription and it makes me log in all the time and now says my trial expired, pathetic service. Also crashes every time I try and combine files in windows 10, has never worked, so I send the files to someone with acrobat to do it... super unimpressed as they have NEVER responded to that query . Any ideas would be good ! Thanks !!! Unimpressed paid pro user

    Mlipsey, It appears there must have been some update today that totally corrupted the program. If possible I'm going to try to roll back to an earlier version. Tools cause crashes and saving does not work.

    Thanks Eli. I managed to get rid of it by un-checking in-product messages. I'm hoping that this won't disable other messages that I haven't seen yet but might need.
