Hopefully all you have to do is do a repair of Nitro 11- http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001641 If that didn't work, you'll want to submit a ticket here: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket as the feature you're describing is definitely supposed to be present & working in Nitro 11.
