    Same issue, same frustration, same loss of productivity. No email regarding V10 being disabled. Nitro happily took our money in February, though, so good for them. support case is 00109918. In addition to fixing this ASAP I'd love a note for my management to explain why our invoices are delayed this month. Half our firm uses acrobat, the other half Nitro. My guess is acrobat will be seeing more subscriptions from us soon

    Same as some others. With no warning Pro 10 stopped working and says my trial is expired. I submitted a ticket # 00109593 . The email response is I am not a subscriber so it will be a few days to respond. "you will receive our response as time permits, within the order your request was received." I cant wait! I have work to complete and rely on this program. I really dont appreciate the program stopping with no warning. I need to get this resoled now.
