Problem activating Nitro Pro 10 on second device

I am trying to activate Nitro Pro 10 on a second device. The activation count on your portal is 2 but I have only ever used Nitro on a single machine. I originally purchased Pro 9 and upgraded to Pro 10 and received a new serial number. Is this possibly where the second activation occurred?

I would be grateful for your kind assistance with your brilliant product.
