My Nitro Pro Paid Subscription States "Trial Expired"

I paid for Nitro Pro and have been using it for years, but all of a sudden, when I open Nitro, it says that my trial period has ended.  Trying to find a customer support phone number is near impossible and it's super frustrating.  Does anyone have a phone number I can try?  I don't know what my activation key is and I can't find any emails that may give me that number.  Please help asap!  Thank you

Did the affected machine installed a major Windows Update prior to this issue? If yes, kindly note upon the upgrade of the operating system or installing a major Microsoft / Windows update, the Computer ID is changed, as it is comprised partially by the operating system. Once changed, this will no longer recognize the original installation causing the program to revert to trial mode.

Also, I am afraid I am unable to find a purchase under Community Forum email address. In order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
