V Walsh Posted August 4, 2020 Report Share Posted August 4, 2020 NitroPro (13) is suddenly convinced it's not activated. I've rebooted, repaired, reinstalled and no luck. The manual installation tool on my laptop (Win 10) has a blank box where the certificate should be, so there's nothing to paste in the online tool.
