The e-signature is not working on the other end. Please review & Check.

I have sent plenty of documents to the other end but whats happening that the client on the other side is not able to fill out any of the boxes like initials, dates, signatures etc.

Look towards this and do the needful.

I performed a test on my Nitro Sign account by sending a document with signature request to my alternate email address.
I was able to fill in the boxes for initials, dates, name, and signature. See the screen recording below:
