krista smith 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2020 i have a 3000 page PDF to link all of the DEFINED TERMS. Some terms use the same words, i.e., "Pilot", "Pilot Phase 1", "Pilot Phase 2".... Even when checking "USE EXACT PHRASE" Nitro is trying to mark the word "Pilot" any time it's in the search phrase. For example, it marks Pilot when searched alone and tries to mark it again when "Pilot Phase 1" is used. The end result being none of the LINKS for the word PILOT will work because it's trying to link it multiple times. Any suggestions?
krista smith 0 Report post Posted August 9, 2020 (edited) i am working with a 3000 page document linking terms to their definitions. When a term is split between lines, it is linking the entire line of text. Is there a wild card or anything I can do to stop that. The issue comes where there are other terms within that same line of text. HELP Sorry i don't know how to attach a screenshot Edited August 9, 2020 by krista smith
