Activation on new computer

I've just got a new computer and Nitro keeps telling me that my serial number doesn't exit. I'm getting the serial number from my other computer therefore I know it exists. 

My records onscreen also say I have 2 possible activations but I have not activated anything therefore I know I have the ability to activate using the serial number.

I have done the deactivation/reactivation process and it didn't work. I have also deactivated Nitro from my other computer.

Please help me activate it on my new computer.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This error usually means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 12, please uninstall what you have and get the correct installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how you go.
