Robyn Jarram Posted August 9, 2020 Report Share Posted August 9, 2020 I've just got a new computer and Nitro keeps telling me that my serial number doesn't exit. I'm getting the serial number from my other computer therefore I know it exists. My records onscreen also say I have 2 possible activations but I have not activated anything therefore I know I have the ability to activate using the serial number. I have done the deactivation/reactivation process and it didn't work. I have also deactivated Nitro from my other computer. Please help me activate it on my new computer.
