jjwinc Posted August 10, 2020 Report Share Posted August 10, 2020 I deactivated one of my keys using the online tool (it's now showing 1 out of 2 being used), but when I enter my key into NitroPro 12, I receive an error saying max keys used. An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 license. Please try to activate again by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, it should be good to go. Kind regards.
