Authentication Issue

I deactivated one of my keys using the online tool (it's now showing 1 out of 2 being used), but when I enter my key into NitroPro 12, I receive an error saying max keys used.  How can I correct this?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 license. Please try to activate again by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, it should be good to go.
