Nitro Pro 12 Reactivation Problems

Hi,

Could you please cancel all activations on my two Nitro 12 licences? They have been installed on old computers that are no longer in use and I need them on new machines.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

You can use our licensing portal to clear the activation on a single-user license. Please go to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal then enter your serial number. Once the license is found, click the Deactivate button to clear a seat.
