When I click on a file to open it displays the below message: The file could not be opened. Please contact Nitro Support for assistance. Error code: 0x400D016A. Could you please tell where are the PDF files saved? Are they being accessed from a network/shared folder or directly from the machine's local drive (like desktop)? If the files are being accessed from the network/shared drive, try to copy the file then paste it on your local drive like desktop.
