Chris Hebbard 0 Report post Posted August 12, 2020 I've recently installed a new font (Raleway) on Windows 10. Nitro Pro is not finding the font. I have restarted my PC. I recommend to update your Nitro Pro 13 to 13.22 build then see if it will proceed on detecting the Raleway font installed on your Windows machine. The latest Nitro Pro 13 build can be downloaded from the following location:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Chris Hebbard 0 Report post Posted August 12, 2020 Hey Reymund, so I completed the upgrade to 13.22 but it looks like what was installed was a 14 day trial. I have entered the serial number that I have for the software, which contains both numbers and letters, and the error I'm receiving is that the serial number should only be numeric. Any ideas?
