Robert Olson Posted August 12, 2020 Report Posted August 12, 2020 Our program changed to a trail version. We are getting error 23 when we try to activate the serial number. I used the link on your website to search for the serial number and deactivate it. It says there are 0 active and 2 available. Even after this I am still getting error 23. Our IT company said that they reached out over 3 weeks ago and the problem still has not been resolved and there has been 0 contract from your support team.

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro license. Please give the activation another try and it should be good to go. To activate, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click on Activate. Kind regards,
