You can reactivate Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your serial number then click Activate. If you are getting an error message, please provide the following: 1. Version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. This can be located under Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2. The exact error message. 3. The serial number you use to activate the software.
