Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed (Nitro Pro 13.22.0.414)

I am getting the dreaded "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed" error message when I try to update from a previous version of Nitro Pro 13 to 13.22.0.414.  The installer gets to about 86% on the download, then jumps to 100%, and immediately the error is displayed.  I have tried uninstalling the previous version of Nitro, clearing all of my temporary files, and even removing all Nitro entries from the registry.

I am a longtime Nitro user, since at least version 8.  It seems like I get this error (or one like it) quite frequently when updating.  Please fix your installer.  I really don't want to go your your "A" competitor, but I'm getting really tired of update nightmares.

I believe you are having issue installing because your using our .EXE package which is an online installer. An online installer downloads the installation files during the install process and interruptions may occur for unknown reasons.

To further assist you, clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

Then download and install Nitro Pro 13.22 using below offline installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13220414/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13220414/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number
