Terry Trumbull Posted August 15, 2020 Report Share Posted August 15, 2020 I've successfully installed my Nitro Pro account on my desktop computer but when I go to install the second license on my laptop, I'm getting an error that says my serial number does not exist. What could be causing this issue? I have been able to use the free trial for the past two weeks, but now that the trial is up I'd like to use the full extent of the license I purchased.
