Terry Trumbull 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2020 I've successfully installed my Nitro Pro account on my desktop computer but when I go to install the second license on my laptop, I'm getting an error that says my serial number does not exist. What could be causing this issue? I have been able to use the free trial for the past two weeks, but now that the trial is up I'd like to use the full extent of the license I purchased. Please get the correct Nitro Pro 12 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads That page also has version 13, be careful not to install this version.
