Kenneth Snyder Posted August 15, 2020 Report Share Posted August 15, 2020 After a computer crash....an error came up THERE WAS A CONNECTIONS ISSUE CLICK PROXY OR TRY AGAIN I clicked MANUAL Nitro Activation Assistant did not generate a certificate - it was blank How do I re-activate? Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13220414/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.
