Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted August 18, 2020 Hello Ashley, That means you have the wrong version installed. Please uninstall Nitro. And then get the correct version 12 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
