Nicole Hayward Posted August 19, 2020 Report Share Posted August 19, 2020 Please help! My computer updated and since then I have not been able to use my Nitro Pro 10. Whenever I attempt to activate using my serial number I get error message 23 stating that the license number is already in use. I went to the license help section of the website and deactivated the licenses so that it shows I have 2 licenses available and that 0 are active, however I still cannot activate it.
