Upgrade Error - Serial # Not Found

Trying to upgrade from Nitro 12 to 13 at the discounted rate.   When I enter my serial # into the upgrade portal, it cannot find it.  I've checked the activation portal which shows my serial number.   How do I correct so I can proceed with the upgrade?

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license so please try upgrading again your Nitro 12 to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate.
