Emily Parapanov Posted August 19, 2020 Report Share Posted August 19, 2020 I replaced my computer this morning and am trying to log into my Nitro Pro account. I cannot find my password and have clicked "send password reset link" several times over the past 12 hours, but have not received an email with the link. I'm unable to find any guidance on what to do next. Could someone please help? My account is registered under a different email address- to post this comment I needed to create a new profile since the community board required my password to login.
