Emily Parapanov Posted August 19, 2020 Report Posted August 19, 2020 I replaced my computer this morning and am trying to log into my Nitro Pro account. I cannot find my password and have clicked "send password reset link" several times over the past 12 hours, but have not received an email with the link. I'm unable to find any guidance on what to do next. Could someone please help? My account is registered under a different email address- to post this comment I needed to create a new profile since the community board required my password to login.

If your goal is to reinstall your Nitro Pro on your new computer, kindly note it is not in any way connected with your Nitro Sign. Nitro Pro must be installed on your machine while Nitro Sign is an online e-singing and document collaboration platform in which is a browser-based solution. To reinstall your Nitro Pro 12, please download its installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
