Frank Wood Posted August 20, 2020 Report Share Posted August 20, 2020 I am having issue attempting to upgrade Nitro Pro to V13 from V12. While I have a valid serial number confirmed by the activation page, the upgrade eligibility check states that it cannot validate my serial number. Thank you for any help regarding this issue.
