Error 23 - please help

Dear All, 

Nitro is backed to the trial mode (vers 11)  after widows 10 updating.  I used the link on the website and deactivate it.  Now it says there are 0 active and 2 available.  I tried again but Error -23 is unbeatable.  I uninstalled Nitro Pro from my computer and downloaded again Nitro Pro 11 but Error -23 is still there. Please advice. Many thanks.

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 11 license. 
Please try to activate again by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click on Activate.
