download and activation issue

Hello

i changed recently my laptop, when i go back to the email with the download link it is already expired, when i downloaded the trial its not showing a button to activate , and when i try to sign in from there it is giving me error, i already tried the deactivate link you put but nothing

In checking your account records, you have a Nitro Pro 11 serial number and this will only work on a Nitro Pro 11 installation. 
The Nitro Pro 11 installer can be downloaded from the following location:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi

If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:

To activate, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click on Activate.
