hjansen01 Posted August 24, 2020 Report Share Posted August 24, 2020 I recently purchased a new computer and I'm trying to install Nitro Pro on it. I uninstalled Nitro Pro from my old computer and I followed the directions that stated to "Deactivate" Nitro ... which now shows "0 number of activation's" and "2 activation's allowed." Every time I enter my serial number into my new computer I receive a message that states the serial number does not exist. Can someone please help me on how to move forward. Thank you!
