Irena Kolosova 0 Report post Posted August 27, 2020 Hi, Just got my new computer and installed Nitro Pro10 from my old computer to it; however, when I am trying to log in with my email and password the message pops up saying: "Unable to connect to the Internet. Please check your connection and try again". The thing is, my connection is working fine, so there must be a different problem. The question is, how can I activate the program on my new computer using my log information, or how can I find the serial number I purchased years ago?
