Licence Activation Issue

I am having issues activating a license. Actually , i changed my laptop as my hard disk crash. Hence, i tried to activate this license in my new laptop but Showing 20: error.

Could you please check and advise?

Hi,

Just got my new computer and installed Nitro Pro10 from my old computer to it; however, when I am trying to log in with my email and password the message pops up saying: "Unable to connect to the Internet. Please check your connection and try again". 

The thing is, my connection is working fine, so there must be a different problem. 

The question is, how can I activate the program on my new computer using my log information, or how can I find the serial number I purchased years ago?
