Can't Activate Nitro

I can't reactivate Nitro. I got a new PC and am unable to activate it. I tried to disable the old systems, tried manually entering my serial, etc. I need to be able to use Nitro for school and am always tired of facing this issue. Please help!

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 10:

and activate by following the instructions on this page:

Good afternoon i also can't activate my Nitro , I was just able to download a trial mode but i already had a key that i had purchased back in December of last year . i go thru the process , but when I get to the part that I have to copy my activation certificate it won't give me anything , how can I obtain that information .

None of this worked. I have Nitro Pro 12. It still won't activate.
