Reis Baron Posted August 26, 2020 Report Share Posted August 26, 2020 Greetings: I deactivated an older serial via the website tool, and tried the new serial on a different machine I wanted to move the installation to. Got an error "the serial number entered does not exist." I tried to launch a support ticket, but as soon as I choose Activation as the reason for my ticket, it just forwarded me back to the serial deactivation page.
