Problem with Page Extraction

I am receiving the error message "Expected a dict object" when trying to extract pages from a PDF.  The properties of the file allow page extraction, so I'm not sure why I am getting the error.

Is this error message happening to any documents that you extract in Nitro Pro?
Could you please take a screenshot of the error message and provide the exact version/build of your Nitro Pro? This information can be located under Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

I am using Nitro Pro 13.22.0.414.

I have some screen shots but I cannot figure out how to attach them to this post.

I think it might be the way that I am entering the page range.  When I extract a single page, it works just fine.  I want to extract pages 50-220 of a 334 page document.  How do I properly enter that range?

Hi @Matthew Smith,

You can use the Split feature. This can be done by going to Page Layout tab then select Split. 
Under Splitting method, select by Page Range then enter the range of pages.
