Duplicating Multiple Initials on Big Documents

Hi,

I have prepared a 55 page document for 5 different signatories to sign and initial.

Question: Is there any way that I can set up the initials once for 1 page and then duplicate for the balance of the 54 pages? If not, I've got to then "manually" insert 55x5 = 275 individual initial signing areas!

I am holding thumbs that soemone can assist me with this.
