SABRINA PEREZ 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2020 This is getting increasingly frustrating. I cannot activate my Nitro Pro. I triple check each step and still come to the same conclusion. Nitro doesn't have ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever. You have to jump through hoops to get to a forum and may be someone will answer you (#1 in customer support?? g.o.h.) I am instructed to copy and past these random numbers and letters to a link you have to type into the browser because the link doesn't go anywhere. Then, I have to paste the "pre-generated" certificate, and its says Invalid license code. What do I do next?? The Invalid License Code means that you are applying a serial number that does not fit the version. If your serial number is version 12 license, this will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. Two things to check: 1. What is the version of your serial number? You can use our license portal to check it -- https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal 2. Check the version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. This can be located under Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that the version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer do not match your serial number, you need to uninstall then install the correct version.
