SABRINA PEREZ Posted August 26, 2020 Report Share Posted August 26, 2020 This is getting increasingly frustrating. I cannot activate my Nitro Pro. I triple check each step and still come to the same conclusion. Nitro doesn't have ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever. You have to jump through hoops to get to a forum and may be someone will answer you (#1 in customer support?? g.o.h.) I am instructed to copy and past these random numbers and letters to a link you have to type into the browser because the link doesn't go anywhere. Then, I have to paste the "pre-generated" certificate, and its says Invalid license code. What do I do next??
