Twan van der Leij Posted August 28, 2020 Report Share Posted August 28, 2020 Hi, we're having an issue with Nitro Pro 11 where if we open it, it runs, but the window is invisible. Clicking on Nitro's icon on the taskbar does not make it visible again. It's running on a Windows 10 system. We've currently reïnstalled Nitro Pro 11, which fixed the issue. However, we did a repair earlier and this initially seemed to work, but the issue resurfaced a while after. I'm affraid this might happen again and was wondering what other possible fixes there might be. Also, we're considering upgrading to Nitro Pro 13 if the issue persists. I have contacted Nitro's sales about this but have yet to receive a reply. Can someone on the forum maybe give an indicator of what the cost of upgrading 2 licenses might be?
