8+ seconds to open when clicking PDF file

I've tried many tips and tricks in these forums with custom fonts, deleting the data file and still, this problem persists.

8+ seconds every time I open a PDF! Any direction is GREATLY appreciated, thank you!

Could you please start Nitro while a machine is offline (or disconnected to the Internet)? Did it that make any difference?

We have the same issue in which Nitro Pro 13 freezes unless we are offline. I took a look and it appears you're program requires ports to be open on the firewall because it is trying to get to the internet every time it is launched. Is there a work around for this?
