I believe you are referring to the Text To Speech when you press CTRL + Enter in Nitro Pro. If this is correct, the Text to Speech is the technology build into Windows. Configuration of Text to Speech language is within the Microsoft's Speech Recognition and Nitro Pro does not have control over that settings.
