Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted September 1, 2020 Hello @AD Solicitors Thanks for reaching out to us! Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. I've already deactivated it from my old computer, and tried downloading the new version you posted the link for about an hour ago, but haven't had any success. Please scroll down the following page to get the correct version 10 installer from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464 and activate by following the instructions on this page: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/activate/000001639 I hope this helps.
