I have followed the introduction instructions and the link in the community forum, but have not had any success. When I try to 'deactivate' my trail licence via the 'licence activation portal' it asks for the devices on which the trial licence is activated to be selected. I however cannot indicate this. Could you please provide the serial number you use to activate Nitro Pro? I would like to check on it so we could tell the version and its activation records.
