The Nalperion Licensing Service is service used to run the licensing of Nitro Pro. Removing this will cause an issue running the software as the licensing will stop working. If you are experiencing an issue with this service, please try to repair your Nitro Pro 8 installation under Windows' Control Panel -- Programs and Features.
